What Can I Expect?
With each visit we guarantee a one on one in depth personal consultation. This includes an explanation of all services and products, along with the custom plan that best suits your needs. Looking to learn more before you schedule a reservation? We offer complimentary consultations to help select your perfect service and stylist.
INFORMATION AND GUEST EDUCATION
Throughout your service we promise to educate and inform you of what is being performed and why. We also commit to walking you through the necessary steps you will take at home to ensure you not only love your hair when you leave the salon, but every day.
On a weekly basis the salon as a whole, participates in a 2 hours of training. This is the key to our consistent edge on current trends and techniques as well as a strong foundation in traditional hair dressing. Individuals also take their time independently attending several off site trainings yearly, in places such as California, New York, Las Vegas, & Orlando all for the benefit of you, our guests!
Salon Halo is well regarded for its unique team oriented environment. At Salon Halo every team member considers you their guest! We will often take our time to help our neighbor where ever possible, giving you the value & expertise of several Stylists rather than just one.
FINDING YOUR PERFECT STYLIST
Education is the foundation on which we were built. We utilize a Level System based on reputation, experience, and demand. This currently ranges from levels 1-8 with1-13 years experience. On our staff are several education brand leaders, this ensures that no matter what level your stylist is, you will have the support of the Salon Halo brand. We have an online portfolio here, where you can see examples of each stylists work (as well as on the "Team Page")
In addition to that we have our New Talent Stylists, these licensed stylists will train a minimum of 6 months before taking guests and will continue to receive the support and guidance of senior stylists at all times. This helps us ensure consistent results with any member of the team.
